For the eighth consecutive year, the Japan Pavilion at the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York will present to the industry an exclusive showcase of gourmet Japanese foods and beverages under one roof.

The Japan Pavilion is one of the largest food shows in the world solely dedicated to Japanese foods. The theme of this year’s show is “Umami & Wagyu,” with a special focus on Wagyu, and Washoku which is UNESCO

Key activities at the Japan Pavilion:
• Face-to-face discussion of business opportunities between manufacturers and buyers
• Creation of new sales channels in the American food industry
• Creation of new demand for Japanese food products
